Every dealer on the floor is also a buyer. Walking in with sorted, documented inventory is worth real money against walking in with a shoebox.
Prepare before you sell
- ★Sort by sport, era and value tier. Bulk separate from keys.
- ★Pull recent sold comps for anything above your bulk threshold.
- ★Grade-worthy raws: consider submitting on site first.
- ★Get at least three offers before accepting one.
- ★Expect a percentage of market — dealers carry risk and holding cost.
Consignment through the auction pavilion is often the better route for single high-value cards.
